@ Amy: I love sunflowers as well. Where tulips are gentle like a cat, I think of sunflowers as akin to a big golden dog with the tail waggin’ everywhere.

How sad is this – it’s about 25 degrees here, but the daffodils started poking up last week. Now the little green tips are covered in snow.

Fields of tulips are always a nice thing to dream of. I also had them in my wedding bouquet.

LOVE tulips. They join Sun flowers and Lilies as my favorite flowers.

Minnesotan’s can whine about the weather with the best of them. Oh wait…that’s just me. I long for Spring.
